How does money work?
We collect the quotes, you pick. Nothing is booked or paid without your approval. We pay the everyday costs and forward you the receipts. Big contracts, like the venue, stay in your name: we negotiate and prepare them, then you sign and pay the vendor directly. You can ask where the budget stands at any time.
What does GatherMind cost?
During early access, GatherMind is free. You only pay your event's actual costs: the venue, the caterer, the crew, and so on. Spots are limited, so send a request now.
Can I use my own vendors?
Absolutely. Got a favorite caterer or a venue you trust? Send us their contact info and we'll make the arrangements directly.
What about insurance?
We can arrange event insurance for you. It's optional and added to your event's costs.
What if my event gets cancelled?
Storms, strikes, emergencies: things happen. If the event needs to be cancelled, we contact every vendor and chase every refundable deposit. If you'd rather reschedule, we rebook everything for the new date.
Is a human involved?
Yes. A human is on call 24/7. They handle emergencies in the background, and if you need to talk to a real person, just ask in chat and one takes over.
What kinds of events do you handle?
